春天可便當遠足的日式美味＾＾

使用『壽司米酢』搭配喜愛的熟食

■　材料（４人份）　

白飯 -----　兩杯白米主

  • 庄分壽司米醋 -----　80cc

食材A

  • 乾香菇（還原切片） -----　3顆
  • 日本干瓢（還原切絲） -----　10g
  • 紅蘿蔔（還原切絲） -----　半根
  • 乾香菇還原湯汁 -----　300㏄
  • 砂糖　-----　2大匙
  • 醤油 -----　適量

食材B

  • 油花菜　-----　適量
  • 蛋絲　-----　適量
  • 玉子燒　-----　適量
  • 醃漬甜生薑　-----　適量

■　作法

  1. 將白飯煮到稍微偏硬、加入壽司米醋拌勻
  2. 將食材Ａ和調味料煮好
  3. 把生姜切薄片加入美味酢適量調味醃漬
  4. 將(1)的酢飯和食材Ａ混合
  5. 將(2)盛盤、並用以下材料裝飾
  6. 油菜花・蛋絲・玉子燒・醃漬生薑
